Nicolas Desbaillets, MMed, PhD
I am a fellow in medical oncology in the Department of Oncology at Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV). My clinical focus is neuro-oncology, thoracic oncology and melanoma.
I trained as an engineer before medicine. My PhD in cancer immunotherapy, on CAR-T cells and cancer stem cells, gave me a researcher's view of the questions clinicians face every day. Onconic grew out of that double perspective: good care depends on knowledge circulating between peers.
